‘The British Doner’ is a new brand that brings the doner kebab culture together with the British palate. It is a project that has been implemented with 20 years of experience from company founder Mehmet Nezir Korkut, who understands the deep-rooted history and heritage of the traditional doner kebab. The business combines the traditional flavours of the doner kebab, born in Mesopotamia and developed in the Mediterranean, with a modern presentation specific to the British palate. The first 5 branches will open in Manchester shortly, with new target locations across the UK to follow.
